These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between the dhaka7 platform and the user. 04 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Funds can be deposited on dhaka7 using the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.

  • Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
  • If there is a delay due to technical reasons, please contact us.
  • Deposits made through a third party or in someone else's name are not permitted.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

05 Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

Newly registered players will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will give you a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200. Or depositing ৳34,000 will give you the maximum ৳20,000 bonus for a total of ৳54,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

  • The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times.
  • This means you cannot withdraw until you have placed bets totalling 15 times the bonus amount.
  • All eligible games count toward the wagering calculation, though some games may contribute only partially.
  • The time limit for meeting the wagering requirement is 30 days from the date the bonus is granted.

5.3 General Promotion Rules

  • Having multiple bonuses active at the same time is generally not permitted.
  • Bonuses are provided for entertainment purposes only, and misuse of bonuses is prohibited.
  • dhaka7 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
  • If any suspicious behaviour is detected in relation to claiming a promotion, the bonus will be cancelled.

06 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

dhaka7 is committed to ensuring fully transparent and fair gaming. The outcome of all games on our platform is determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is independently tested and verified.

6.2 Technical Issues

  • If a game is interrupted mid-way due to a server outage or network failure, we will provide a reasonable resolution.
  • If an unusually high reward is displayed due to a technical error, it may be cancelled.
  • In the event of a dispute over a game result, server logs will be considered the final evidence.

6.3 VPN and Proxy Use

Accessing the platform using a VPN or proxy server is prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be suspended immediately and the balance may be frozen pending investigation.

8.2 Balance of a Suspended Account

  • After investigating the reason for suspension, any legitimate balance belonging to an honest user will be returned.
  • In the event of a terms violation, rewards earned from bonuses may be cancelled.
  • In cases of proven fraud, the entire balance may be forfeited.

8.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may contact our support team at any time to request the closure of your account. Please withdraw all eligible balances before closing your account.
